I was just wondering about the credibility of conferences in circuit. Probably the top three are ISSCC, CICC, and VLSI symp., how about some other conferences, like MWSCAS, or ISCAS, and the list goes on. are there any rankings around?
Hi, both of them are good too and gatteing the acceptance is hard...
Anyway you can check some of ISSCC, VLSI conferences papers and if yours is in that level, send it to those conferecnes, because I know in ISSCC papers, the authors show their chips... In circuit conferecens ISCAS, VLSI Design (always in India), MWISCAS, ASPDAC, DAC, ISVLSI are good. DAC is like ISSCC and it is hard...
In my mind for analog (amplifiers, DAC's, sensors, oscillators) design:
ISSCC is A+ although never really in depth scientific.
CICC, ESSCIRC, and VLSI symp are A conferences.
ISCAS is a B conference. Nice to publish an idea or chip detail, which will not be patented by your company.
All other conferences are not on my radar.
During my research, I came across ISSCC (the best), the CICC and Vlsi symp. and ISCAS. It is tough to rank the last three, but VLSI symp. also seems like the better of the three
