I need MIL grade micro-controller for defense project. Currently I am working on Renesas micro-controller. Now I need to change the micro-controller to MIL grade. Please suggest me micro-controller which having MIL grade in RENESAS or TI or ST or Microchip.

Minimum Micro-controller Requirement:-
Pins:-10 to 20 Pins
ROM:-16KB
RAM:-1KB
Flash:-1KB
CLK:-4MHZ (Internal)
ADC:- 1 channel (8 or 10 bit)
IO:- 6-Pins-IO
External Interrupt:- 1
PWM :- 1 Channel

Thanks

"Mil Grade" without a specific standard compliance number (or list of standards) is an ambiguous criteria for an IC and therefore useless.
One manufacturer will define "Mil Grade" as simply being capable to work at a wide temperature range while another manufacturer will require the die to be screened and actual functionality tests to be conducted.

What "Mil Grade" feature are required of your device?
