Choice of Pic or TI for frequency measurement

Pic or TI

I need 5 outputs and one frequency input. Max frequency is 20Khz. Serial communication needed or Parrallel. This will be multiplied by 11. Total frequences to measure is 33. Looking at one pic per sensor. Each sensor has three frequncys. Any suggestions. Looking at Microchip and MSP430

HI,

In my experience, the MSP430 it's more cheaper but have less development tools. I use Proteu.s, and with it I avoid the breadboards (in almost cases), because of this I should use PIC ... (MSP is not suported)
