Are there any chip for converting TCP/IP to serial or any other comminication protocol(i mean single chip for converting)

for tcp/ip with avr u can use

All these chip can work as WIFI, LAN and easy to connect to GPRS.
you don't need much knowledge about TCP/IP,
just spent 1-2 weeks to read the ati command,
