i am in search of cheapest pic16 model having 40 or more than 40 pins???
 

Most likely the PIC16F59 available in a 40-pin or 44-pin package.

Price for quantity 1-25, $1.02 USD PDIP package
Price fro quantity 5000+, $0.85 USD PDIP package

The PIC16F877A by comparison:
