Cheap amplifier Rotel RA-820

It is a copy of amplifier, schematic and pictures of which canbe found HERE including a board for power amplifiers and delayed switching system. The PCBs were made in thermal transfer method.

This device uses housing removed from an old graphic corrector fs032.

Front panel needed to be finished so that all the holes for potentiometers are not visible. Then it was painted with black matt spray.

Power supply consists of 100VA 2x26V transformer, 25A bridge and 10000uF capacitor per rail.

The amplifier is equipped with two inputs, switched by isostats.
