Dear All,
I have a sample and hold circuit built using a high gain opamp. I would like to check what is the noise introduced due to charge injection of the switches and op-amp separately. How can I do that?

Can you clarify the question please?

"noise" --> voltage error, as in deviation from the desired output, or what do you mean with noise?

To see what only switches do, perhaps replace the opamp with an ideal voltage-controlled voltage source and study the output.

You can also add a current probe in the wires to check the flow of current/charge.
