Charge Carrier in Semiconductor

can anyone tell me the Charge carrier in semiconductor and the temperature dependence for each carrier?
 

Charge carriers are of 2 types,
1. Electrons i.e. physical particles
2. Holes i.e when an electron leaves an atom that atom gets a 1electron volt +positive charge (vacancy of on electron) and this called hole you can say it is a theoretical practical as it do not move physically but if one gets filled by neighboring electron it will create hole behind so we will say hole is moved.

Electrons and holes moves in opposite directions.
