Hi all,
I am designing and characterizing the standard cell. I finished the layout using Synopsys EDA called GCD layout editor.
So after extracting the parasitic's c, can we use SPEF file for characterizing using HSPICE.
Or do we get the spice netlist with parasitic's after doing post layout simulation with OA format?
Please help me in this and Thanks in advance.
