Cadence IC

Does anyone know how to change the "multiplier" of a transistor in Virtuoso Schematic Editor (Cadence IC5033)

Cadence IC

Select the transistor and then push the q key, you will find the option.

Cadence IC

multiplier need to be defined first then could be change as a property value of instance

Re: Cadence IC

Thank you very much!

Now i found out that multipier can be set also in the instance name:

inst_name<0:n> where n is any natural number
