i made a dipole antenna and when analyzed i got the desired result now i want to make another dipole antenna at distance of lambda/4 to first dipole. what shall be best to have the dipole antenna at the desired distance. i used the DUPLICATE>MIRROR command but their was no use so i move one to array command, i used REGULAR ARRAY command but it also not help me getting the desired result

Re: dipole array on hfss

I have to do something similar too.
But I still have problem on simulating the antenna, which is the procedure u used?
Thx

dipole array on hfss

HFSS regular array works fine with dipole array, make single dipole at origin and use the array setup, you dont need to have two or more anteenas physically just draw one and use array setup.
