I'm trying to design CG LNA at 10GHz. There are a few problems during design. When I designed CS amp, I could match the real number of input impedance using TR size and Ls, and then Input&noise matching using Lg. But I don't know how to approach it with CG LNA. When I used the same method as before, it was impossible to match Yopt and Yin at the same time, and I think S22 is getting too big. Is there something I miss or something I need to add to the circuit?

thank you
