Center aligned pwm and edge aligned performance question

Hello

I am running 3 phase ACIM from 100vdc bus and amp around 2.2a
I am using edge aligned mode of pwm, IRF640 MOSFET & IR2110

my question is does center aligned pwm is better for motor control and provide more life to mosfet???

I saw many italy made card in which they people use mosfet and never below up to many years like 10+ years. With DC bus feedback only



So does pwm mode provides more relibily
