Hey, guys!

I don't recommend using those jammers "for fun".

Jamming GSM frequencies with home-made circuits is strictly prohibited by law in EU and U.S. High power jammers are very easy to trace, thus easy to challenge the jammer person.

Needless to say: jamming cell phones may have fatal consequences. Jammed emergency calls can cause death...

So build 'em on your responsibility...

Yes, it's true. But it can be such a nuisance if your'e in a movie or something, and someone's cellphone is glued to his\her ear...isn't it?
