cds.lib, should I combine all of them together?

Hi, there are many cds.lib under different directories, each one may have several lines?

Which one is the key one which my Cadence IC really need?
Or should I combine all cds.lib into ONE from different directories ?

i think you can use INCLUDE to add other cds.lib that you need, DEFINE you own lib&path.

INCLUDE $CDS_INST_DIR/share/cdssetup/cds.lib

is just fine and your other foundry model eg. ADS, AMS, MOSIS etc. also.
