hello is there any 74LS equivalent of the cd4069?
I would like to use it in this circuit **broken link removed**

I would recommend 74HC04 - LS has quite big input currents and you need to readjust all resistors and capacitors in the schematic

I think luben is correct. I have tried to make an oscillator in the past and it did not work with the 74ls series (the circuit was designed for cd40xx)
