Here's a description from IMSL to build a Serial Cable for the Casio SF-5x90SY/SF-6x00SY/SF-7x00SY Digital Diaries. Perhaps your SF-3990 has a similar interface.

no sir this is not the interface which i have , it does not have that pin interface it uses a 6 pin jic under the battery Cover..
