Cascaded(1-1-1) modulator

Hi All,

In p202 of "Delta-Sigma Data converter: Theory, Design and simulation" by Norsworthy, Figure 6.6 show a cascaded(1-1-1) modulator. It seems that this cascaded modulator can not cancel the quatization error of the first and second stage. If removing the delay unit between stages, it will be O.K.

I also find the reference paper of this chapter. There is no such delay unit between stages.
Is this a Error of the book?
