Hi
I was trying to capture the component from hspice model for magnetic tunnel junction using orcad capture design entry CIS tool. which I did, but the problem is with the simulation since the tool has pspice simulator which cannot detect hspice model.
Is there any way we can capture hspice macro model and simulate it.
BTW, Magnetic Tunnel Junctions are the new components which are not present in the cadence library. We need to import their macro model by capturing the component from hspice models.
I have found the hspice models for MTJ in this website, **broken link removed**.
