Capacitor voltage ratings

I'm not sure what voltage ratings the 2.2uF and .068uF have. Does it matter what the voltage ratings are for these capacitors?
 

The supply voltage is only 6V so the capacitors must withstand only 6V.

I don't think anybody makes capacitors that are rated at less than 35V anymore. I would use 2.2uF/35V non-polar electrolytic capacitors and 68nF/50V or 63V metalized-plastic-film capacitors.
