I have a question.

Does the size of an MLCC 0201 capacitor when compared to 0603 MLCC capacitor of the same value have produce different effects on ripple voltage?

Like, does the size of the capacitor (0201 vs 0603) have any impact on the ripple voltage of a power rail?

Package inductance is most likely different (lower for smaller package), depending on the signal frequency of interest it can have an effect. You need to look also on PCB trace inductance.
