Capacitor selection in CCFL inverter board

I am buiding a DC to AC step-up inverter. And in the primary circuit, there is a plastic film capacitor (SMD) 0.022uF which fails to work under the condition of ~100 KHz, 70V.AC rms.

The capacitor spec is shown below. Can anyone advice am I using a wrong type of capacitor. Or should I use a ceramic one instead?

Rated voltage 250 V.DC/80V.AC

Temperature range: –40°C to +125°C (with derating over 105°C)

Capacitance Tolerance: ±10% (K)

Dielectric dissipation factor: Less than 0.15 (20°C, 1KHz)

Withstanding voltage: Rated volt X 1.5 1min.

Insulation resistance: More than 15,000MΩ
 

inverter primary capasitor

As you can easily calculate, 100 kHz 70 VAC involves a considerable AC current of about 1 A. You should check, if the capacitor can carry this current respectively is specified for the said AC voltage at 100 kHz. This can't be seen from the shown specifications.
