Capacitor measurement method

Hi
I would give a suggestion to michel to include capicitor measurement as determinator can read voltage on the probes.
the method will be to note the charge discharge coefficient of the capacitor and then calculate the value.
here is my question
can I use 16f877a for the 1.3 version
