how to design a capacitor in Analog ASIC design tools
 

Every process has a few capacitors available. You need to check your process documentation to find one and how to construct its layout, if you dont have parameterized cells available. If you do, you can simply instance a capacitor from your process technology library and insert the capacitance value parameter.
