(Datasheet here- **broken link removed**) I want to drive them in one leg configuration like this- I am getting the pulse at load resistance of the circuit. However, I am also getting similar pulse at gate of M1(which I shouldn't). I am using ACPL 337J gate driver. Here is the schematic- . Spice model for ACPL 337J- Library for 4 pin mosfet- View attachment C3M0030090K.txt Symbol for 4 pin mosfet- https://drive.google.com/file/d/1yiCsuMkk9VExKUNYYgI7dTWg3fBR1u2l/view?usp=sharing Schematic- https://drive.google.com/file/d/1JqMcO-ANgaLxRGY3UcqJYRYg1c426-zd/view?usp=sharing Please suggest any edits in the circuit so that the circuit might work as desired.

So why "can't run"?
