I tried to use .step in Hspice, but it didn't work.
Hspice doesn't allow to use .step, right?
If possible, could you tell me how to use it?
The syntax I made as follows : .step param (temp) list (-25) (25) (125)

Thanks in advance.

try
.dc temp -25 125 25

and you can use
sweep parameter
