Hi
I´m trying to programming a winbond w49f002u eeprom with a universal programmer xeltek superpro III.
When i connect the device gives a id correct. when i try to load the programm it´s stop at address 3C000 it means that i can´t access to boot block because is protected
Can someone help me and to tell how can i erase and programm address between EC000 and 3FFFF ?
tx for replay

Re: programm w49foo24

I'm not so sure about this solution, but you might want to try to do a hot-swapping using an old PC (x86) mainboard for that. Some times I use this approach to fill flashrom with intended binary. Note that you can try a BIOS flashing program called uniflash fro this (www.uniflash.org/).

hi
i´ve solved my problem tx to Pinczakko In the uf140.zip there is uniflash.txt.
After read those informations i connected 12v on pin 1 and it´s allow to flash the chip adress 3C000 to 3FFFF where it have write protected
