Cannot update CFD properties in NCSU CDK on IC 5.0.33

NCSU CDK problem

Hi,
I installed NCSU CDK on IC 5.0.33 on linux 7.3.

To see whether the installation is done properly ...the best way is to design some small circuit and see its characteristics.

So in view of this I drew an Inverter using 0.6u AMI tech file.

Wht happens is i cud draw the schematic but cud not update any CFD properties of MOS. As the CFD window does not apper only.

I mean i just cant put multiplier / width/ lenght ...etc fields...
Any suggestions pls?
