I made a circuit using OrCAD Lite 9.2. All things were going properly but I am getting problem while creating a simulation profile. Whenever Iclick the tab "Create a simulation profile". It is giving "Cannot create a simulation profile.
Normally after it says that, it also creates a error log and marks the components in error with a green circle...
In order to create a simulation profile all components should have a pspice model , u can verify that when u select a component from the library, it shows the pspice icon below the part symbol
There must be something rong with creation of your circuit. I have just tried to create simulation profile using OrCAD 9.1 (student version) with a part, taken from other library (i.e. without any Pspice model). The profile has been created. I think the simulation profile has nothing to do with part models.
Try to create the circuit with the default vales.
Hi
Dear
First You create the new project.
In that you select the A/D mixed design
The selcet all the component from PSsice.
then create the new simulation profile.
Thankyou everybody its working now. But there is another problem for me again, i.e., whatever the circuit you draw, while running it is showing errors and therefore the simulation is aborted. Its saying that Node N0083 is floating, Ground GND is floating. Please help I am fed up with this!!!!
