Cannot copy the contents of a cd

I Cannot copy the contents of a CD to my windows xp machine . I think It is a copy restricted CD . How can I copy the contents of that CD ? also explain how a copy restricted cd make ?

You can download and use a POWER ISO software, the process involved is this:
Download the software at PowerISO - Create, Burn, Mount, Edit, Compress, Encrypt, Split, Extract ISO file, ISO/BIN converter, Virtual Drive, DAA File you can use the free version
Make an Image file of the CD
Load the CD to a virtual disk (created by the software)
then, the image file is a copy of the CD which can either be extracted or run directly from the virtual Disk.
