[SOLVED] can we use this schematic as mains ac voltage regulator?

Attached schematic is a mains ac voltage analyzer.
Circuit consist of 3 leds controlled by pic16F675.
Led,1 remain on till 127v ac,(we can change ac voltage at alternator).
From volts 128 to 187,led 3 is on.
And at 188v to 250volts led 2 is on.

After adding relay instead of leds,i hope it can work as ac voltage regulator.
I simulate it in proteus.
