can we install gpdk90 library in the cadence 16.5 version?

hi frnds,

i have a cadence 16.5 in ma pc. i want to use the gpdk90 library in that. is it possible in this version? and also i could not download gpdk library too.. kindly provide direct link to download.
i need it urgent. plz help me
