Can spectre 5141 simulate model level 54 & level 73 (for UHV MOS) of tsmc

Model level 54 & level 73 (for UHV MOS) of tsmc is 800V MOSFET model. When I simulate with the model library output log says some parameters are unknown.So is it the reason that 5141 can't work with high level model?
