Circled in red are the connections to the speakers in the Amazon Echo. What are these called? I want to run a line out to an amplifier from my Echo.

Seriously? They're called connectors. More specifically, shrouded, latching headers.
 

I think he wants to know the connector make & series etc.

Not Molex KK, but looking on most connector suppliers websites should find this one - it's pretty common
