Can I use MPC5554's eTPU to create PWM square signal?

I need your help to create the square signal (PWM) that have frequency increases following the slope (please see the attached picture).

The PWM square signal has frequency increasing continuouly along time.
Can you give me the solution to do it using Freescale MPC5554's eTPU.
