Can I use 8 ohm standard speaker for transmitting 60KHz sound ?
How can I transmit 60KHz ? What kind of speaker do I need ?

You will get some sound out at 60KHz but at that frequency you will get multiple ripples between the center and edge of the cone instead of it all moving in and out at the same time. Expect very low efficiency.
Please first explain why you want to generate 60KHz as acoustic waves, the technologies needed will depend on it's purpose.

A resonant piezo transducer designed for 60 kHz is probably the most promising way. For wideband, small electrostatic transducers are often used. Also exotic transducer principles like plasma tweeter.

I presume you have no instruments to measure generated sound pressure at 60 kHz. Without it determining transducer performance would be a matter of belief and hope...
 

No, they are quite tightly tuned to 40KHz, originally for TV remote control before IR became widely used. These days they are used mostly as proximity and volumetric sensors.
For 60KHz you need quite specialized loudspeakers, none of the normal types will work. Try searching for 'ultrasonic transducers' it might find something.
