Hi,

now I can say - forget about MWO.
It use uniform mesh so u need very fine meshing to include details.
I recommend you to use MoM simulator with nonuniform (triangular) mesh like IE3D. I did simulations of Koch mictrostrip fix antenna there.

Built-in EM simulator is sufficient to do some particular and not very complex tasks with cooperating of linear simulator.

Well, you need to select fractal antenna with 90 degs angles only because the MWO's mesh is only uniform (rectangles only). This helps you to reduce computer demands. Thus try antennas like based on Minkowski curve...
