Can I reprogram P87LPC764 once it has been programmed?

Can I reprogram P87LPC764 once it is programmed? I have this doubt becasuse its datasheet shows that it has only EPROM. How can I erase that , I have a universal programmer.

The P87LPC764 is One-Time-Programable (OTP), so once is programmed it can not be erased ..

Where I can find some sample C programs to configure P87LPC764? And is there any other IC available which is small(20-24 pin), have internal oscillator and low cost. I am just using it for timer application.

P89LPC922 can be a good alternative for P87LPCxxx but if you intend to use it in a very simple application I'd go for PICAXE that can be programmed in the simplest-basic-dialect in virtually 5 minutes ..
