Hi,

Yes you can do it on any PIC. You need some external harware to add.
In microchip web site fo to the App notes, and then go to the LIN section. There you will find in one of the pages a source gode from the LIN bus.
Also, Try to find the demo board that they sale for a LIN bus. Also there you can find some source code and schamatics.
