any software to can i fit predetermined equivalent circuit to s paramter?

AWR MWO has good example on fitting the s-parameter data file to a model example see below...It has unique measurement called Smodel which finds the S-parameter difference between two models & plots the same & you can optimize this to fit your model accurately to s-parameter...

thanks .. it is good but it fits and give me negative resistance and negative capacitance
what doe that mean?
