F, M,N are square matrices of same order. M and N are known matrices.
M is a positive definite matrix. N is a symmetric matrix.
F is unknown matrix.
(herm) stands for hermitian transpose
now it is required to find a solution for F , such that the above mentioned mathematical expression will be maximised.
