Can I drag mouse to view other parts of schematic, in OrCAD Capture CIS?

Hi All:

In Altium Designer,

I know if we hold down mouse's right button while dragging,

we can navigate to other parts of a large schematic,

very conveniently.


Do they have similar functions in OrCAD Capture CIS?
