CAN data bus in mercedes automobils!?

c180 ifz problem

hello friends;

i have a trouble with a mercedes C180.
it has some controller units to lock/unlock , start and move the car.
it has 2 units(i know just these now). one of them is lock/unlock(remote control) and starter unit.
it is called IFZ(technicians say imobilizer or i understood wrong)
the other is main unit for injection system ,abs ,ignition etc..
these 2 units use Can data bus for comitication .
now my trouble is :
i can unlock the car with remote control.
i place and turn the key .
but the car doesn't start.
this problem happend when it has been left on the park area for while.
is there anyone who can say the demaged part or wrong operation?
