Does anyone have info about a SMD chip marked like this

I have just gotten the description , not seen it my selve.

I think the (M) is Motorola

Any help would be appreciated

How many pins - 56?
From a similar question in a Dutch forum I gather it could be a mask programmed
MCU.

Just got the word that there are 52 pins

I'll get a sample one of these days , then i might be able to say if its a PLLC TQFP or ....
