Can a pin of PC parallel port be used to supply +5V on LPT?

+5V supply on LPT

Can any of pins on 25 way PC parallel port be used to supply the external electronics with PC's +5V supply voltage?

No, im LPT you can't get 5V, you can with usb port and joistyk db15 you can get 5V but not in parallel port
 

+5V supply on LPT

Parallel port is a very weak source of volatage. It maybe able to supply some nA of current to powerup a few CMOS logic chips but cannot be used like USB or in certain cases like Serial port. THe serial port pins have about 10mA per pin capability that has been used in many applicaitons to get a power supply. Parallel port is different. It is TTL compatible.
