Can a lead acid batter be changed and use at the same time

I am doing a solar tracker that will charged a 12V 7.2AH lead acid battery. So my plan is the solar panel will charged the battery at the same time the battery will provide power to the motor for the solar tracker movement. Is this possible to do it by using a lead acid battery?
 

Electrically-speaking, there is no reason you can't drive the motor from the battery.

Questions which may influence your decision:

* Is the PV panel unable to put out sufficient power to drive the motor?

* Is the battery located far from the motor? Will you need a long run of wires?

* Suppose the battery reaches full charge, and the charging session stops. Does your tracking circuit then stop drawing power from the battery?
 

no wat i mean is can a lead acid battery be charged mean while it is supplying power to other system
 

the short answer is yes
the motor would first take power from the PV panel, if it was charging the battery, and then the battery if there was insufficient power
 

As long as you make sure you don't exceed the charging current and charging voltage, you can charge the battery and supply energy to the motor at the same time.

Your motor controller board is just in parallel with the battery.

You may know that you need temperature compensation on the charge voltage if your battery experience large temperature variation.
 

The only problem will be telling when the battery is done charging. If the motor drain is intermittent you could latch the charger state while the motor is running and have the charger only check battery state when the motor is stopped.
 

When he uses a charger that limits the voltage to the float voltage (13.7V at room temperature), he can leave the charger always connected. Of course the power consumption of the charger itself (during night time) should be low to avoild discharging of the battery.

When using some types of chargers with "boost" function, he may run into problems. When the motor starts, the charger may think that the battery is in low SOC and that may start a boost cycle. Depending on the implementation of the boost cycle, battery life may reduce.
