how to call dll in labview

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen ,

I am trying to integrate Matlab(/Simulink) with Labview.

I could download only a pdf file (attached with this post).It is not very useful.'Coz I cannot use mcc command to generate dll in my matlab version.
Could anyone please help me to do this???
How to generate DLLs in Matlab 2007a and how to write the wrapper function for this kind of applications..?

I am using Labview version 8.5 and Matlab 2007a.
