Hi,
Can anyone help me in this problem. I have to find Resistance from M3 to N+ Active.
Total Res = ( Res N+ AA-M1/# of contacts ) + Res M1 line + ( Res M1-M2 / # of Via1) + Res M2 line + ( Res M2-M3 / # of Via2) + Res M3 line
Res M1-3 line = Sheet Res * (L/W)
Is this the correct way to find the Total resistance.
