Hi

Ive been asked to "find the power consumption for the load circuit" and I'm a bit confused at the terminology

My EMF is 23v, but it has an internal resistance that causes a 3v volt drop in the emf (from 23v to 20v) right at the start

So when calculating "the power consumption for the load circuit" does that mean the power for just the resistors attached to the emf (r1 and r2) which would mean calculating the Power by doing 20v x current

or the whole thing and use the emf voltage prior to its volt drop (Power = 23v x current)

Many thanks if you can help
