Calculating EVM from expected signal and recieved signal (IQ samples)

Hello,

I have my baseband (IQ) signal. I inject it into my transmitter and receive it by a measurement device. It gives me some IQ samples. I want to know how can I calculate DEVM from the tx signal and receive signal.
Signals are attached in two formats.
